Daniela Oliveira Selected for NAE Frontiers of Engineering Symposium

Dr. Oliveira was just hired under the Big Data initiative with preeminence faculty funding. 83 of the nation's brightest young engineers have been selected to take part in the National Academy of Engineering's (NAE) 20th annual U.S. Frontiers of Engineering symposium.

PhD Student Andrew Gray, was just awarded a Google Scholarship for American Veterans. As part of this scholarship he will also participate in a Google retreat for a week in June.

Graduate Student Finds a Faculty Position

Linke Guo, a graduate student supervised by Michael Fang, has accepted an assistant professor position in the area of cybersecurity in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Binghamton University (State University of New York).
